BYCAV aims to create and promote an environment where black youth are empowered and equipped with the tools and to live lives of anti-violence.
Through activism, advocacy and education centered programming, BYCAV addresses the root causes of youth violence and with the communities it serves, builds sustainable frameworks for a prosperous future.
